reelpush.ai is an AI-powered video creation platform. The Service allows you to generate short-form video content using various AI models by providing text prompts, images, videos, or URLs as input.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans and Credits

  • The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid plans provide additional generation credits, features, and priority access.
  • Credit balances and usage limits are described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.3 Refunds

  • Credits consumed for video generation are non-refundable, as computational resources are expended upon generation.
  • If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used will be automatically refunded to your account.
  • Subscription refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (prompts, images, videos, URLs). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Generated Content

  • Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you are granted a license to use the AI-generated videos for personal and commercial purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership of the generated content. However, due to the nature of AI generation, similar outputs may be produced for different users from similar inputs.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property and publicity rights.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals
  • Generate content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond authorized API usage
  • Circumvent usage limits, abuse free tiers, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional credits
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. AI Models and Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates third-party AI models to generate video content. Model availability, capabilities, and output quality may vary and change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or unintended results.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
  • "reelpush.ai" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • AI-generated content will meet your requirements or expectations
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • Specific AI models will remain available

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
